Technical infrastructure providers may also process request data such as IP address, browser/device information, timestamps and security logs.

3. Website planner

The planner runs locally in your browser. It does not upload your answers to this website. When you choose to open the generated WhatsApp link, the link and its contents are handled by WhatsApp/Meta under their own terms; your message is sent to Explore Empakai only if you press Send in WhatsApp. You can review or edit it before sending.

4. Why we use personal information

• To respond to inquiries and prepare trip proposals.
• To communicate about itineraries, availability, bookings and travel arrangements.
• To perform or prepare a contract when you decide to book.

Booking-related data may also be shared with accommodation, transport, park, guide or other travel service providers when necessary to arrange the itinerary you have requested.

Some technology or communication providers may process information outside Tanzania. Where personal data is transferred, we aim to use providers and arrangements that support appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.

Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond and follow up, unless it becomes part of a booking or must be retained for legal, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution or safety reasons. Booking records may be retained for the period required by applicable obligations.

No analytics, advertising pixels or marketing trackers are intentionally installed in this website release. We do not intentionally set a marketing cookie. Hosting or security infrastructure may still process technical request data necessary to deliver and protect the site.

Subject to applicable Tanzanian data-protection law, you may have rights to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion or restriction in appropriate circumstances, withdrawal of consent where consent is relied upon, and to object to certain direct-marketing or other processing.
